Policies

BIRTHDAY PARTIES:

- Birthday party packages include 10 participants, including the birthday honoree. Additional participants can be added for an additional fee as stated in the party package details, please see individual party packages for pricing.  Each birthday party has a maximum of 25 party participants.

- Birthday party packages include 1 hour of activities and 30 minutes of cake and/or food time.   You are welcome to bring in any food or cake that you choose, as long as it can be served during the 30 minute time frame.  You may add time to your party at an additional cost.  Please see party add on pricing for details.

-Birthday parties also include water and lemonade for the party participants and water, coffee, tea for the parents.  Paper goods including paper plates, napkins, tablecloths, utensils and cups are available in select colors.  You are also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.   If you bring your own, please present them to the party host when you arrive.  Simple table decor will also be provided for your themed party.

- Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party time.   Our party hosts will gladly accept your food/treats at that time and allow you to set them up in the food/treat area.   We ask that you refrain from arriving more than 15 minutes prior to your party to allow for cleaning between parties.

- A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking your party. This is a non-refundable deposit.   Party dates may be changed as long as a 21 day notice is given.   In this case, the $75 deposit will transfer to the new party date.   Dates changed without a 21 day notice will lose their initial $75 deposit and an additional deposit will be required to reserve the new date.

 

 

BRIDAL SHOWERS/BABY SHOWERS:

- Bridal party packages and Baby shower packages include a maximum of 45 guests including the honoree.

- All party packages include 1 1/2 hour hosted party.   Additional time may be purchased, please see our party ad on details for pricing.

- Water, coffee and tea will be available for party guests.

- Additional food and/or beverage of your choice may be brought in for the party.   We can provide a list of preferred vendors that can deliver to the venue for your convenience.

- We provide paper goods including paper plates, napkins, utensils and cups in select colors.   You are welcome to bring in your own if you prefer.

- Simple decorations will be provided as stated in the party packages.   Additional decorations may be brought in as long as they do not attach to the walls in any way.   Also, additional decorations must be set up during your allotted party time.

- A $75 deposit is required at the time of booking your party.
